About the event

 As a tour guide the Garden Route and the Little Karoo are two of the gems in the tourism crown. Scout Africa will take you to the bastions of the Garden Route and the Little Karoo. The tour is fast paced but will afford you the opportunity to note small but important details that is required by a qualified and competent guide.

Practical touring that does not only include the sights and sounds, but also logistics on travel time, rest stops and recommended restaurants.

 

Your Itinerary 

Day 1. Travelling from Cape Town via the N2 to Mosselbay where we will visit the Dias museum and the St Blaize Lighthouse. On route to Mosselbay we will be stopping at Aloe Care in Albertinia and a couple of rest stops. We overnight in Knysna. 

Day 2. rom Knysna we will be travelling to the Stormsriver Bridge. On the way there we will introduce you to various tourist sites. On our return journey we will go all the way down to the Stormsriver mouth and then return to Knysna. 

Day 3. From Knysna we travel to the Little Karoo and our first stop at Safari Ostrich Farm for a guided tour. From Safari we will stop at the Cango Wildlife Ranch and then the Cango Caves. We overnight in Oudtshoorn. 

Day 4. From Oudtshoorn we travel back to Cape Town via the iconic Route 62, through the towns of Ladismith, Barrydale, Montague, Robertson and Worcester. 

  Your cost of R3200p/p will cover:

· Transport for the 4 days.

· 3 Overnight stays including breakfast.

· Entrance fees to;

o Dias Museum.

o Tsitsikamma National Park.

o Safari Ostrich Farm.

o Cango Wildlife Ranch.

o Cango Caves.
